General

You agree to be bound by our rules and any laws which may apply to this website and your participation.

The website staff have the right to terminate your account at any time and delete any content you have posted. Information you enter on the website is recorded to help staff with their moderation duties.

The website staff have the right to change these terms and conditions, and any rules, at any point without warning. Whilst you may be informed of any changes, it is your responsibility to check these terms and the rules.

Support tickets

• Use tickets for genuine requests and give accurate information. Spam, joke, duplicate or abusive tickets may be closed without a reply and can lead to punishment.
• Only attach files that are relevant to your ticket. Do not upload anything offensive, illegal or that you do not have the right to share.
• The number of tickets you can have open at once is limited.
• Tickets are read and answered by our staff team in a private staff Discord server. Staff replies are sent on behalf of the team as "PvP Paradise Team".
• Staff may close a ticket at any time and will give a reason when they do.

Purchases and refunds

• Ranks and coins are virtual items that only work on the PvP Paradise server. You get a right to use them on our server, not ownership. They have no cash value and can't be traded for money.
• You pay by UPI to the details staff send in your ticket. Keep your UTR (transaction ID) until you have your purchase.
• We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your payment. A rank starts when staff grant it and lasts for the time shown on the store. LEGEND lasts until the season ends.
• Refunds: because virtual items are delivered and usable straight away, we don't refund a purchase once it is delivered. We do refund in full if:
  • you paid but we did not deliver within 7 days, or
  • you paid twice by mistake for the same order, or
  • we can't deliver it (for example, the item is no longer sold).
• To ask for a refund, reply in your ticket or message patelheet30 or notstealth within 30 days of paying, with your UTR. Refunds go back to the same UPI account within 7 working days.
• If you reverse a payment through your bank or UPI app (a chargeback) after delivery, we remove the purchase and may ban the account.
• Bans for breaking the rules, and deleting your website account, end your ranks without a refund.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent's permission to buy. The Store Purchase form asks you to confirm this.

Sponsor rewards

• Watching sponsor videos with /sponsor is optional. To earn a reward, you must watch the whole video with the page open in front of you.
• Do not use scripts, automation, browser tools or any other method to fake or skip a view, and do not use alternative accounts to earn extra rewards. This is treated the same as any other exploit under our rules.
• Rewards are in-game only, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Limits apply to how many rewards you can earn, and how often. These limits, the rewards themselves and the availability of sponsor videos can change, or be paused, at any time.
• Staff may remove rewards gained through abuse, reset or restrict your access to the feature, and punish the accounts involved.
• Sponsor videos and websites belong to the sponsors. We are not responsible for the content of a sponsor's website, and showing a sponsor's video is not a guarantee of their products or services.

Minecraft

PvP Paradise is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang. We follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines: money from the store goes to running the server, and you must also follow the Minecraft EULA when you play.
