Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use the PvP Paradise website, the Minecraft server features linked to it, and our support system, and how that information is used. Questions or requests: Message notstealth or patelheet30 on Discord.
Your account
You log in to the website with your Discord account. We do not ask for or store a password or an email address. When you log in, we store:
- Your Discord user ID, username and profile picture.
- When your account was created and when you last visited.
- The roles you have in the PvP Paradise community Discord server. These decide what you can do on the website (for example, staff tools) and which ranks you get in-game.
Linking your Minecraft account
If you link your Minecraft account with /link, we store your Minecraft username and UUID. We use them to show your account on the website, to keep your in-game ranks in sync, to show your name on suggestions and to deliver what you buy. If you unlink, the ranks we gave you in-game are removed.
Suggestions, tickets and applications
- Suggestions: your suggestions, comments and votes.
- Support tickets: the ticket type, your answers, your messages and any files you attach (screenshots or PDFs), along with the date and time of each message.
- Staff applications: your answers, including your age and time zone.
Tickets and applications are handled by our staff team in a private, staff-only Discord server. This means their contents, including your username and any attachments, are shared with Discord so that staff can read and reply to them. Replies from staff are shown to you as "PvP Paradise Team".
Store purchases
When you buy a rank or coins, we keep a record of the purchase: what you bought, the amount, the UPI transaction ID (UTR) and payment screenshot you sent, the Minecraft account it went to, which staff member confirmed it, and when the rank expires. We use this to give you your purchase, to remove timed ranks when they expire, to check payment problems and for our accounts. We do not see or store your bank or card details.
Sponsor videos
If you choose to use /sponsor in-game, we record the following so that we can give out rewards fairly and prevent abuse:
- Your Minecraft username and UUID, when you requested a link, which sponsor video you were shown, and whether you earned and received a reward.
- How you watched the video: when it was played, how far you got, how long it was watched for, whether it restarted and why (for example switching tabs), and whether a browser extension blocked the page.
- Whether you clicked the sponsor's link.
- The country you are in, your type of device (desktop, mobile or tablet) and your browser. Your country comes from Cloudflare. We do not store your IP address for this feature.
We share anonymous totals with sponsors so they can see how their video performed, such as the number of views, how many people watched to the end, and the countries and devices viewers used. Sponsors never receive your username, UUID, IP address or any information about you as an individual, and small groups (for example a country with only a few viewers) are combined into "Other" so that nobody can be singled out.
Sponsor links take you to the sponsor's own website, which has its own privacy policy.
Staff actions
We keep a log of what staff change and for whom, to keep staff accountable.
Who else handles your data
- Discord runs the login and hosts our staff server, where tickets and applications are posted.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the website for speed and protection against attacks. It sees your IP address and may set security cookies (see the Cookie Policy). Our own server may briefly keep your IP address in memory to limit how often requests can be made, but we do not save it.
- Oracle Cloud runs our server and database in the United Kingdom (London).
- mc-heads.net shows Minecraft skin faces next to player names, and Discord shows your avatar on your profile. Your browser loads these images straight from them, so they see your IP address.
We do not use analytics, ads or tracking, and we do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Login sessions end 30 days after your last visit.
- Everything else is kept until you ask us to delete it, or until our development team deletes it when it is no longer needed.
Deleting your account
Go to your profile and press Delete my account. This logs you out everywhere, unlinks your Minecraft account, and removes your name, Discord and Minecraft details, your votes and your staff applications. Your suggestions, comments and tickets stay, shown as "Deleted user". We keep purchase records for our accounts, without your name. Any rank you bought ends straight away, without a refund. Copies of tickets and applications already posted in our staff Discord are not removed automatically: message notstealth or patelheet30 on Discord.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it: email [email protected] or message notstealth on Discord. We reply within 30 days.
If you are under 18, you need a parent's permission to buy from the store or apply for staff.
Grievance officers
NotStealth, on Discord as notstealth, and Heet Patel, at [email protected]. Contact either of them. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
